Dengue continues to strike.

The Punjab government is trying its best to halt this disease but despite its endeavours, number of dengue patients is increasing with the passage of time in other cities of the province.As per details, 34-year-old Bashir Jan, resident of Tajpura died of dengue virus in Jinnah Hospital while another patient named Yousaf Jan from Ghulam Muhammad Abad lost life at a civil hospital in Faisalabad.Total figure of dengue patients have reached 1482 after confirmation of 10 new patients of this disease. Likewise, with 16 new patients, the total number of dengue patients has surged to 679 at Nishtar Hospital Multan.
